Atua como pesquisadora do Grupo Integrado de Aquicultura e Estudos Ambientais (GIA\/UFPR) desde 2014, desenvolvendo estudos sobre cultivo de organismos aqu\u00e1ticos marinhos, principalmente crust\u00e1ceos portun\u00eddeos.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante estes anos de pesquisa no GIA, desenvolveu trabalhos t\u00e9cnicos e cient\u00edficos nos projetos \u201cBiologia e desenvolvimento de tecnologia para o cultivo de siris de interesse comercial no litoral paranaense\u201d (2014) e \u201cProjeto Siri Mole: ci\u00eancia e tecnologia aplicada ao desenvolvimento de um novo produto para a aquicultura brasileira\u201d (2014), financiados pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico (CNPq).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-dbc0ce3 exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"dbc0ce3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94f0123 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94f0123\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o mestrado, a sua disserta\u00e7\u00e3o forneceu informa\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas ao desenvolvimento de tecnologias para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de siri-mole no Brasil, por meio da revis\u00e3o das pr\u00e1ticas realizadas nos principais pa\u00edses produtores e do aprimoramento das t\u00e9cnicas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o com base t\u00e9cnica e cient\u00edfica. Seu trabalho gerou dois artigos publicados em revistas cient\u00edficas conceituadas.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u00e1 no doutorado, a pesquisadora est\u00e1 investigando por meio de m\u00e9todos moleculares os pat\u00f3genos virais associados \u00e0 mortalidade de duas esp\u00e9cies de siri-azul, <em>Callinectes sapidus<\/em> e <em>Callinectes danae<\/em> (Crustacea, Decapoda, Portunidae) mantidos em instala\u00e7\u00f5es de aquicultura. O objetivo da tese \u00e9 fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es para o desenvolvimento de condi\u00e7\u00f5es de cultivo que minimizem as perdas por mortalidade na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de siri-mole.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante seu doutorado, tamb\u00e9m foi estudante visitante no Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology (IMET) da University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science (UMCES), no estado de Maryland, Estados Unidos, onde identificou pela primeira vez um novo reov\u00edrus em <em>Callinectes danae<\/em> coletados de um sistema experimental de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de siri-mole no Brasil.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9f067ec exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"9f067ec\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2739dd exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c2739dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Publica\u00e7\u00f5es recentes:<\/p><p>AZRA, M.
