Para\u00edba e Rio Grande do Norte;<\/li><li>Identificar as principais formas de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das ostras comercializadas na \u00e1rea de estudo;<\/li><li>Identificar e quantificar a microbiota existente nas ostras analisadas;<\/li><li>Avaliar os efeitos da origem, do local de coleta e da forma de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das ostras analisadas sobre a microbiota identificada e quantificada nesses animais;<\/li><li>Identificar as bact\u00e9rias potencialmente patog\u00eanicas \u00e0 sa\u00fade do consumidor e estimar se existem riscos aos consumidores dessas
