O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar os efeitos sub-letais da fra\u00e7\u00e3o sol\u00favel em \u00e1gua (FSA) do petr\u00f3leo, da gasolina e do \u00f3leo mineral, sobre o desenvolvimento ontogen\u00e9tico inicial de embri\u00f5es e larvas do lambari-do-rabo-amarelo Astyanax altiparanae. Para isso embri\u00f5es e larvas foram mantidos individualmente em placas de cultivo celular de 6 po\u00e7os, alojadas em uma estufa vertical, em temperatura ajustada a 25 \u00baC. Os exemplares foram expostos a 0,04% da fra\u00e7\u00e3o sol\u00favel em \u00e1gua (FSA) da gasolina, 34,79% do \u00f3leo mineral e 50,88% do petr\u00f3leo. Durante o per\u00edodo de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o foram mensurados os par\u00e2metros de qualidade da \u00e1gua e realizadas an\u00e1lises morfom\u00e9tricas dos exemplares, sendo registrado todos os endpoints. A gasolina foi o derivado que apresentou maiores concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de hidrocarbonetos, apresentando concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de BTEX 13,44 % a mais do que o petr\u00f3leo e 44,27 % a mais que o \u00f3leo mineral.
