Para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o a partir da captura s\u00e3o selecionados apenas indiv\u00edduos em est\u00e1gio de pr\u00e9-muda que depois s\u00e3o transferidos para sistemas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 realizarem a muda<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Ap\u00f3s os siris realizarem a muda, inicia-se o processo de calcifica\u00e7\u00e3o do novo exoesqueleto, chamado de est\u00e1gio de p\u00f3s-muda, em que em poucas horas ocorre o endurecimento do exoesqueleto, diminuindo o valor de mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Comercialmente, a pr\u00e1tica atual da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de siri mole sofre uma s\u00e9rie de problemas, principalmente a depend\u00eancia do monitoramento 24 horas por dia e a despesca manual feito por dezenas de observadores quando a muda ocorre, e a qualidade vari\u00e1vel da maciez do exoesqueleto do siri. Entretanto, uma empresa australiana investiu em alta tecnologia p<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">ara otimizar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o e suprir a demanda do mercado australiano e externo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Angus Cameron, um especialista em aquicultura da empresa Watermark Seafoods localizada em Brisbane, na Austr\u00e1lia, ap\u00f3s cinco anos de trabalho, desenvolveu um sistema rob\u00f3tico inovador que detecta o siri ap\u00f3s a muda e realiza a despesca do mesmo para a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Este sistema automatizado pode realizar a detec\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 40.000 siris mantidos em sistema controlado em compartimentos individuais para evitar o canibalismo. Este mecanismo rob\u00f3tico \u00e9 projetado para verificar cada siri a cada 2 horas, funcionando da seguinte forma<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">: Primeiramente o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"> rob\u00f4 determina, atrav\u00e9s da captura de imagens por meio de uma c\u00e2mera automatizada, se h\u00e1 um siri no compartimento individual. Em seguida, ele alimenta esse siri, com base em se o animal se alimenta ou n\u00e3o. Quando o siri p\u00e1ra de comer, o rob\u00f4 aciona o alarme do sistema, pois sabe-se que dentro de tr\u00eas dias o siri realizar\u00e1 a muda. Ap\u00f3s a muda, o rob\u00f4 detecta o siri rec\u00e9m-mudado atrav\u00e9s da captura de imagens e an\u00e1lise feita por um processador com software que determina se o siri mudou pela presen\u00e7a de dois corpos em um compartimento (corpo do siri e ex\u00favia), em seguida remove o siri da \u00e1gua e est\u00e1 pronto para o beneficiamento e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o.
