Dentre essas atividades est\u00e3o:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de protocolos moleculares;<\/li><li>Extra\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras de eDNA utilizando o m\u00e9doto SPRI;<\/li><li>Sequenciamento de DNA;<\/li><li>PCR (Rea\u00e7\u00e3o em cadeia de polimerase) &#8211; Presen\u00e7a e aus\u00eancia;<\/li><li>qPCR (<span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">PCR em tempo real)\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0&#8211; Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Em paralelo as atividades de t\u00e9cnica no laborat\u00f3rio de gen\u00e9tica &#8211; GIA, tamb\u00e9m\u00a0 estou desenvolvendo uma pesquisa com o objetivo de identificar um novo m\u00e9todo de detec\u00e7\u00e3o do Mexilh\u00e3o-dourado (<em>Limnoperna fortunei<\/em>) atrav\u00e9s de DNA ambiental.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
